Our Story
Tucked away in the beautiful town of Priest River, Idaho, Squatchee’s Scoops & Swirls was created with one simple goal — to bring a little extra sweetness (and a lot of fun) to our community.
We’re a family-owned dessert shop built on big dreams, hard work, and a love for seeing families gather around something delicious. Whether you're stopping in after a ball game, cooling off on a hot summer day, or treating the kids just because — we wanted to create a place where memories are made one scoop at a time.
At Squatchee’s, we serve up hand-dipped ice cream, creamy fro-yo, refreshing bubble tea, homemade ice cream sandwiches, and other sweet surprises. There’s something for everyone — from classic flavors to adventurous favorites.
But more than just desserts, Squatchee’s is about community. We love being part of Priest River and watching friends meet up, families laugh together, and little ones search the trees for a certain legendary furry friend. 👀🌲
